Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. finely cut green pepper
1/4 c. finely cut onions
1/4 c. finely cut celery
1/2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. cooked shrimp
Preparation
-
Saute green pepper, onions and celery in butter.
Add catsup, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook slowly over low heat for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over Minute rice.
