Noodles Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Parmesan
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 sprigs parsley, chopped
    1/4 lb. butter
    2/3 c. heavy cream
    1 lb. thin egg noodles
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter and 3/4 cup cheese with heavy cream over low heat. Add pepper and salt.
    Stir until cheese is melted and smooth. Cook noodles according to directions.
    Pour sauce over noodles. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
