Beef Corn Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown hamburger and onions; drain off fat. Add diced potatoes, cream-style corn, beef broth, salt and pepper. Mix well.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
