Mexi Chili Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 (16 oz.) can chili beans
2 small cans mild enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
small corn chips
1 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add beans, both sauces, onions and 1 1/2 cups cheese and 1 cup chips.
Mix well and pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Spread sour cream on top and sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer.
Serve over a handful of corn chips.
