Four Fruit Salad(The Thickening Makes It A Whole New Dessert!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    3 unreeled red apples, cored and diced
    3 sliced bananas
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, saving 3/4 cup juice.
    In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
    Add orange, lemon and pineapple juice. Cook over heat until thick and bubbly.
    Remove from heat and cool. Pour sauce over fruit and toss.
    Makes 12 servings.
