Sara'S Apple And Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 c. sliced, peeled apples
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
chopped nuts (optional)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Place sweet potatoes in buttered baking dish.
Add apples and cover with the marshmallows.
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts.
Sprinkle over marshmallows.
