Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken (reserve liquid)
2 Tbsp. butter/oleo
1 onion, minced
1 jar mushrooms
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 can whole tomatoes
5 slices American cheese
7 oz. cooked spaghetti noodles
Preparation

Boil chicken; tear into pieces and set aside.
In large skillet, melt butter; add onion and cook until clear.
Add drained mushrooms.
Cook on low approximately 10 minutes.
Slowly add flour.
Stir in chicken stock, then tomatoes and cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Stir in chicken pieces and simmer.
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
Drain.
