Meatballs In Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
flour
3 Tbsp. hot oil
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 qt. tomato juice
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients and shape into 24 meatballs.
Roll in flour.
Brown in hot oil in a large pan.
Add onion and green pepper to meatballs and cook until golden, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Bring to a boil; cover tightly, then simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
