Crock-Pot Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium chicken, washed and patted dry
1 large can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Place cleaned chicken in crock-pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle paprika on top. Add chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Place lid on crock-pot and cook all day on low (6 to 8 hours). When cooked to desired tenderness, take chicken out. Pour remaining sauce into a saucepan. Mix the flour with a cup of water until blended. Add to sauce in saucepan to thicken. Mix in slowly with wire whisk. Boil a couple of minutes to desired thickness and serve. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
