Ingredients

1 lb. cooked macaroni, drained and cooled
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
4 grated carrots
1 small Eagle Brand milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Stir and let stand 4 hours.
