Fan-Sliced Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. thyme, chives and parsley
    Parmesan cheese
    cheese slices
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Slice each potato in thin fan slices, being careful not to slice through the potato.
    Pour melted butter, thyme, chives and parsley on potatoes.
    Put in microwave-safe dish and cook on High for 10 minutes.
    Let set in microwave for an additional 5 minutes. Place cheese slices on potatoes and cook long enough for cheese to melt.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and salt to taste.
