Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. fresh ground pork
    2 eggs
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. Carnation milk
Preparation
    Combine the above ingredients and shape into a loaf.
    Cover bottom of loaf pan with brown sugar and pineapple slices.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for at least 1 hour.
    Invert loaf onto a serving platter.
    Serves 8.
