Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drop cabbage into boiling water.
    Let stand until soft enough to separate leaves.
    Drain and cool to handle.
    Cut out stem and remove leaves. Combine beef, rice, eggs, onion and salt.
    Put about a tablespoon of mixture in center of each cabbage leaf. Roll leaf around meat and close up ends. Can use toothpicks to hold together. Place rolls together in a large pan. Combine vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce and enough water to cover the cabbage rolls.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
