Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) bag fresh cranberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 lb. mini marshmallows
    1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Freeze cranberries, then chop in processor or blender. Transfer to large bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Stir in pineapple and marshmallows.
    Return to refrigerator and chill for 2 hours.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Serves 20.
