Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese (sharp), shredded
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and form bite-size balls (about 3/4-inch). Bake for 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Do not brown.
    Balls can be stored in freezer before baking.
