Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. beef broth
    1 c. beef consomme
Preparation
    Saute onion in saucepan with 1 stick of margarine.
    Combine with rice, broth and consomme and place in deep casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
