Chicken Enchilada Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked chicken (bite size)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large onion, diced
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
salt to taste
1/2 tin chopped jalapenos
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. coriander
2 cans whole green chiles, chopped
12 tortillas (corn, flour or both)
6 oz. grated low-fat Cheddar cheese
6 oz. grated low-fat Jack cheese
Preparation

Cut tortillas into bite sized pieces.
Saute onion lightly. Add chicken, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander and jalapenos.
