Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. diced, cooked ham or pork
    4 c. cold, cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook scrambled eggs in 1 tablespoon of oil; set aside.
    Put remaining 2 tablespoons of oil into very hot skillet or wok and heat.
    Fry onion and garlic until golden brown.
    Add ham; stir continuously and cook until ham is heated through.
    Add eggs.
    Stir well.
    Add rice, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Cook until rice is heated.
    Serve hot.
