Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. tart baking apples
    pie crust
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    butter
Preparation
    Mix the sour cream, 3/4 cup sugar and flour.
    Slice the apples; toss sliced apples in sour cream mixture.
    Pour into a pie crust.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon; dot with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until apples are cooked.
