Pineapple And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cheese, grated
    Ritz crackers (about 30)
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Save 3 tablespoons juice; arrange pineapple on the bottom of greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Stir together flour and sugar; sprinkle over pineapple.
    Drizzle pineapple juice over top with cheese.
    Mix crushed crackers and butter.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
