Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. potatoes, pared
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Thinly slice potatoes. Keep in cold water until used. Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan. Add flour, salt and pepper. Blend. Add milk. Stir constantly and bring almost to a boil; it will be thickened. Drain potatoes and add to sauce, stirring to coat. Place in shallow pan or casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Recipe can be doubled.
