Fritter Batter For "Hot Dogs" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar (I add a little more to make the dough sweeter)
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Stir dry ingredients and add well beaten eggs and milk.
The batter should be just thick enough to cover the hot dog.
If it is too thin, add more flour.
If it is too thick, add more milk. Place a wooden stick in each hot dog.
Deep fry in hot oil.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
