Remoulade Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
    1 tsp. tarragon vinegar
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    2 tsp. drained capers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    1 green onion, 3-inches of green part left on, very thinly sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Store covered in refrigerator. Use with cooked, peeled shrimp.
