Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, unbeaten
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream
    margarine
    to
    consistency
    of
    mayo.
    Add sugar while continuing\tto cream.
    Add vanilla and eggs.
    Beat until light. Add
    flour,
    baking
    powder and salt; blend in.
    Chill several hours or until firm enough to roll.
    Cut out.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes (do not overbake).
