Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. shortening, melted
    1/2 to 3/4 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; combine liquids.
    Add all at once and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Batter should not be smooth but somewhat lumpy. Fold in blueberries.
    Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Makes 1 dozen.
