Cranberry Orange Relish - cooking recipe

2 lb. cranberries
juice from 2 oranges
Preparation

Clean and dry thoroughly 2 pounds of fresh cranberries.
Freeze overnight.
Grind cranberries without thawing.
Squeeze the juice from 2 oranges and then grind the rind.
Mix altogether with sugar substitute to taste.
Yield:
4 cups.
