Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs
    3/4 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. plain cornmeal
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done. Great topped with pecans.
    Makes 1 pie.
