Finger Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

round steak (1 large)
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. lemon pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation

Tenderize steak; trim fat off.
Cut into strips (width and length of ring finger).
Mix seasoning with flour.
Roll steak in flour mixture, then dip in milk.
Roll in cornflake crumbs.
Deep fry in hot 375\u00b0 oil for 3 to 5 minutes.
(The longer cooked the crumbs will become crispy.)
Dip in steak sauce.
