Tidewater On The Halfshell - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp (in shell)
1 Tbsp. pepper, freshly ground, to taste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
several dashes of Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wash shrimp and spread in single layer in baking dish.
Mix all remaining ingredients except butter and pour over shrimp.
Dot with butter.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring several times.
Serve in baking dish.
Use French bread for dipping into the sauce.
Serves 2.
