Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
3 large eggs
1 1/2 c. pecan meats
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cane syrup or molasses
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

In a large mixer bowl cream sugar and butter together.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Add pecans, salt, vanilla and molasses.
Mix lightly but thoroughly. Pour into pie shell.
