No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 (8 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. heavy or whipping cream
    prepared graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips in top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water, stirring until smooth.
    Combine cream cheese and sugar in a large mixer bowl; add margarine, beating until smooth. Blend in vanilla.
    Beat in melted chocolate all at once.
    Whip cream until stiff; fold into chocolate mixture.
    Spoon into prepared graham cracker crust.
    Chill thoroughly.
