Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1 lb. lasagne noodles
    2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 small can Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown onion, garlic and beef in oil.
    Add rest of ingredients. Cook uncovered 1 hour.
    Cook 1 pound lasagne noodles 8 minutes. Rinse.
    Place in large glass dish the noodles, sauce and cheese in layers.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
