Vanilla Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 vanilla wafers
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 c. margarine, softened
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (optional)
3 eggs
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. ground orange peel
cranberry topping
Preparation

Finely roll 25 vanilla wafers.
Mix with 3 teaspoons sugar and margarine.
Press to bottom of spring-form pan.
Stand remaining wafers around the side of pan overlapping slightly.
With mixer, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar.
Blend in eggs, sour cream and orange juice and peel.
Spread into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until pie is set.
Let stand 1 hour after stove is turned off.
Chill. Serve.
Top with cranberry topping and garnish if desired.
