Two Minute White Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. double acting baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into bowl and beat vigorously for 2 minutes on medium speed.
    Pour into two 8-inch layer pans lined on bottom with paper.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
