South Of The Border Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    6 oz. salsa
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Slice chicken into bite size pieces.
    In skillet saute chicken in oil until cooked.
    Divide chips, arranging one-half on bottom of 2-quart baking dish.
    Combine soup and salsa.
    Fold in chicken. Spoon over chips.
    Sprinkle cheese, top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
