Wild Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked Wild Blend Rice, cooked according to package directions
    1 c. cooked, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
    1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/3 c. cooked green peas
    4 T. rice vinegar
    1 T. sesame oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 t. dried tarragon
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine cooked, cooled rice with all ingredients. Toss lightly.
    chill and serve.
