Sausage 'N Bean Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
    1 lb. pork sausage (hot if you like)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook beans according to directions; drain.
    Cook sausage, breaking it up.
    Stir until pink color disappears; drain. Sprinkle flour and celery salt over sausage.
    Heat and blend in tomatoes.
    Cook over moderate heat, stirring until slightly thickened.
    Add drained beans.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Cover with cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Can be frozen for cooking later.
