White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 sq. white chocolate, melted and cooled
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar; add melted chocolate, then eggs, beating well.
Add sifted flour, salt and baking powder alternately with buttermilk.
Fold in vanilla, pecans and coconut. Bake in three 9-inch pans for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
