Baked Chicken Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular rice (uncooked)
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 pieces chicken (I usually remove skin)
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Place the dry rice into baking dish. Mix together the dry soup mix, cream of chicken soup, water, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture over rice; stir to mix well.
    Add chicken.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
    Serves 6.
