Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frying chicken
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 red pepper, minced
    3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Italian peppers
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. tomato puree
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into serving portions and brown in hot olive oil. Add onions, peppers and garlic; brown lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer one half hour or until chicken is tender. Serves 6.
