Pineapple Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs very lightly.
    Add all other ingredients and blend. Fold into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in a slow oven (300\u00b0) for 45 to 60 minutes or until set.
