Butterscotch Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. cake flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
    Add nuts, vanilla and lemon.
    Then add flour; mix well. Shape into 2-inch rolls in wax paper.
    Chill overnight.
    Cut in 1-inch slices.
    Bake 5 or 6 minutes at 425\u00b0.
