German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sifted all purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
4 c. apples, sliced thin
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with a spoon.
Do not use mixer. Batter will be stiff.
Spread into floured and greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
