Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. rice
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Bake chicken in oven or microwave.
    Cool and shred or cut into bite-size pieces.
    Cook rice according to package directions. Precook broccoli in microwave, covered, for 4 minutes on High. Mix soups, water and 2/3 of cheese together.
    Place rice in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over rice.
    Place shredded chicken over soup.
    Place broccoli on top of chicken.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over broccoli.
    Spread remaining soup mixture over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Add salad and homemade bread for a great meal.
