Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Bake in square pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (Double the ingredients for the oblong baking pan.)
