In-Croud Grooves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. softened margarine
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. coconut
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Cream together margarine, sugar, butter flavoring and flour until crumbly.
Spread and press evenly into greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
While mixture is baking, beat eggs, vanilla and other extracts and brown sugar.
Sift together flour, brown sugar, salt and baking powder, then stir.
Add coconut and pecans; mix well.
Pour over the baked cookie layer.
Return to oven and continue baking for about 30 minutes.
Cool for about 2 hours before cutting into bars.
