Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat, all shell picked out
1 slice bread, break into small pieces
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
dash of salt and pepper
3 to 4 drops of yellow mustard
onions (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Will make approximately 6 crab cakes.
Fry on medium heat with very little oil or a nonstick covered pan, approximately 20 minutes.
Serve on bun or on plate with mixed vegetables.
