Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can chili beans (hot)
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. diced onions
    1 c. diced green bell peppers
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. coriander
Preparation
    Brown turkey, onions, peppers and garlic.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer in saucepan over low heat or in crock-pot, stirring occasionally for at least 1/2 hour. the longer, the better the flavor.
    This is a mild chili.
    For a hotter chili, add green chili peppers, jalapeno or habanero peppers to make 5 Alarm Chili.
