Courtney'S Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, drained or 1 can sliced carrots
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix soup, vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper together first, then add other ingredients and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours before serving.
    Excellent side dish for meats.
