Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
dash or 2 pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, beat eggs slightly. Beat in both cheeses, flour, salt and pepper.
Drain broccoli well, patting dry with paper towels.
Stir into egg mixture.
